Quick steps to review, comment, and approve agent scripts.
Quick start: Preview the script, add inline comments, then click Approve to schedule deployment.
Compliance: Confirm TCPA/consent verbiage and quiet hours before approving. Missing consent may block campaigns.
What you'll learn
How versions, review, and approvals work — action-first steps so you can finish review in minutes.
Approval checklist
- Confirm consent and TCPA language matches your policy
- Validate transfer points and calendar details
- Verify FAQ responses and allowed escalations
- Sign off on tone and brand voice
Step-by-step approval
- Open script editor: Dashboard → Scripts → Select draft.
- Review script: Click Preview to simulate call flows; test barge‑in and VM detection.
- Add comments: Use inline comments to request edits (the Calleeon team sees these and responds fast).

Tip: Approve before 12pm PT to catch the same-day QA cycle.
