Understanding Your Dashboard

Quick guide to reading reports, KPI signals, and exporting insights.

Snapshot: Your dashboard shows contact rate, bookings, transfers, latency, and health metrics with date and cohort filters.
Tip: Use cohort filters to avoid mixing warm and cold lists in top-line metrics; segmentation prevents misleading averages.

What you'll learn

Which metrics matter weekly vs monthly, how to slice by cohort, and how to export reports for finance and ops.

Key panels

How to interpret contact rate

Contact rate = answered calls ÷ dialed attempts. Good range: 90–95% for warm lists; expect lower for cold lists.

Exporting reports

  1. Open Reports → select timeframe and cohorts
  2. Click Export CSV or Export PDF
  3. Schedule recurring exports from the "Schedule" button
Tip: Use cohort filtering to separate new leads from reactivation lists to avoid misleading aggregate metrics.

Common questions

Why are bookings lower than expected?
Check the funnel: contact → qualified → booked. A low qualify rate often points to script or targeting issues.
Where is latency measured?
Latency is per conversational turn, measured at our platform edge and reported in ms.
