Change Plans & Invoices
How to upgrade/downgrade, pro‑rations, invoices, and billing contacts.
Changing your plan
To change plans: Account → Billing → Change plan. Select the plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately and show a prorated charge; downgrades are scheduled for the next cycle to avoid disruption.
Upgrade behavior
- Immediate access to higher-tier features
- Prorated charge for remaining days in billing cycle
- Invoice shows prorated line item and next recurring charge
Downgrade behavior
Downgrades are scheduled at the end of your current billing period. This preserves included minutes and feature access for the paid period.
Invoices and receipts
Access invoices: Billing → Invoices. You can download PDFs, view line-item breakdowns (platform fee, usage, numbers), and export CSVs for accounting.
Common invoice items
- Platform fee (recurring)
- Usage (per-minute: inbound/outbound, TTS/LLM where applicable)
- Number rental (monthly)
- Taxes and carrier pass-throughs
Sample invoice line items
- Platform fee — $699
- Usage — 4,000 min × $0.18 = $720
- Number rentals — 10 × $1.50 = $15
- Taxes/Fees — $30
- Total — $1,464
Refunds & disputes
Email billing@calleeon.com with invoice number, account ID, and a description. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case and follow our billing policy.
Why your bill changed
- Higher usage this month (check minutes and unusual test runs)
- New numbers were provisioned or added
- Pro‑rated change from a plan upgrade
Changing payment details
Update payment methods at Account → Billing → Payment method. For corporate billing or Purchase Orders, contact billing@calleeon.com.
