Summary: Your bill includes platform fee, per‑minute usage, phone numbers monthly, outcome fees (if enabled), and telco pass‑throughs.
Note: International telco fees and taxes are carrier-level pass‑throughs and may vary by country. Use the pricing estimator for country-specific estimates.
What's on your invoice
- Platform fee: recurring plan charge (Starter/Growth/Enterprise)
- Usage: per-minute charges for inbound/outbound calls and TTS/LLM fees as applicable
- Numbers monthly: rental for phone numbers
- Taxes & telco pass-throughs: local taxes and carrier charges
How overages work
If you exceed included minutes, overage is billed at the country rate shown in the estimator. Overage appears on the next invoice.

- Usage — 4,000 minutes × $0.18 = $720
- Number rentals — 10 × $1.50 = $15

Managing billing
- Update payment method: Account → Billing → Payment method
- Download invoices: Billing → Invoices → Download PDF
- Set billing contacts: Add team members to receive invoices
Tip: Use recurring exports to archive monthly invoices automatically.
Billing disputes & support
Contact billing@calleeon.com with invoice number, account ID, and a short description. Typical SLA: 3 business days.
Changing plans mid-cycle
Upgrades apply immediately and are pro‑rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
